Radiology - Vascular & Interventional Physician

A leading federal healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist to join a highly respected clinical team providing advanced vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures. This contract opportunity can extend up to 5 years and offers a highly competitive compensation rate along with a consistent Monday Friday schedule.

• Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including:
  • Angiography
  • Balloon angioplasty and stent placement
  • Biopsies and drain placements
  • Chemoembolization and tumor ablation procedures
  • Dialysis access procedures
  • Nephrostomy placements
  • TIPS procedures
  • IVC filter placement
• Review and manage patient consults and imaging studies
• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care
• Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review activities
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR system

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Radiology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology preferred
• Active unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong procedural and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Onsite coverage Monday through Friday
• Shared on-call responsibilities including evenings, weekends, and holidays
