Radiology - Endovascular Surgical Neuro Physician

Locum Neuroendovascular Surgeon needed in Ohio for 1 week a month. Travel, lodging, malpractice coverage, and rental vehicle will be provided.

Dates of Coverage: 1 week per month Schedule: 1 week a month 7A-7P in house, 7P-7A beeper call- 24 hour shift responsible to respond to ED stroke alerts 24/7 Call Coverage: Yes Call Type: 12 hours in house and 12 hours beeper coverage based on needs Call Ratio: when on service 7 days in row Average Amount of Call Back Hours: NA Reason for Coverage: gap fill Practice Setting(s): Inpatient/Hospital-Based Leadership Position/Required to Teach: No Patient Population: Adult/Geriatric % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 100% inpatient Average # of Patients Per Day: 10-12 on inpatient list - pending new patients that come in from call or IR as needed Trauma Level Designation: 1 Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: Ability to perform 24/7 neuroendovascular call Ability to perform 24/7 ED stroke call Ability to perform thrombectomy procedures as deemed appropriate by clinician and/or neuroendovascular procedures EMR/Documentation: Epic Additional Notes: 2 primary stroke centers in the market and a thrombectomy capable center in the market that has significant volume CREDENTIALING: Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days Are Temps Available? • Board Certified - REQUIRED Interventional Neurologist
• Active OH License REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS Certified REQUIRED
• 1-2 years experience - REQUIRED
• Clean background/no malpractice or license issues REQUIRED
