We are currently seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist for our Urgent Care department in Thornton, Colorado. This full-time position requires a commitment of 72 hours per pay period, with shifts primarily during the day.

  • Float Requirement: Must be able to work at various clinics including Thornton, Steele, Green Valley Ranch, Arvada, and Erie Northfield
Compensation

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $28.38 to $39.74, based on relevant experience. Additional differentials apply for float pool and weekend shifts. Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a relocation bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through various imaging and radiologic procedures.
  • Embrace a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide new team members in imaging practices.
  • Stay updated with new knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
  • Review patient histories and initiate radiographic images as per physician orders, prioritizing patient education.
  • Administer contrast media and monitor patient conditions effectively.
  • Report any changes in patient conditions promptly.
  • Implement best practices in radiology to ensure clarity in imaging and equipment functionality.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R). Specialty certifications may be required.
  • State licensure as mandated by law.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, valid for at least sixty days post-hire.
