Quality Technician (R&D)

As a Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications & our company high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container research & development operations. You'll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry.

You Will

• Conduct quality inspections of in-process product & finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor & in the warehouse to evaluate product quality
• Use measuring instruments to measure dimensions & performance criteria's adherence to customer specifications
• Regularly engage with Associates about product conformance
• Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences
• Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal partners to develop and maintain quality processes, educate associates, resolve issues, and lead continuous improvement activities

You Have

• Minimum of one year of Quality experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment
• Working knowledge of quality control methods & approaches
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions in a clear and professional manner
