About us
Dimona Tee is a t-shirt printing company in Elk Grove Village, IL. We're growing our evening team and looking for detail-oriented people to help make sure every order leaves our facility looking right.

Schedule and pay:
Evening shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
40 guaranteed hours per week
$17/hour to start, paid biweekly
No prior experience required, full training provided

What you'll do:
Inspect printed garments for defects such as misaligned prints, smudges, color issues, and fabric flaws
Check that orders match specifications (design, size, color, and quantity)
Separate and report defective items so they can be corrected
Keep your work area organized and help move orders along to shipping
Work closely with machine operators and the production team

What we're looking for:
Strong attention to detail
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to communicate in Spanish. The production floor operates primarily in Spanish, so this role requires being able to communicate in Spanish to coordinate with the team and follow instructions on the floor.
Reliable transportation to Elk Grove Village, including after the shift ends at 11:00 PM
Ability to stand for extended periods
Experience in quality control, inspection, printing, or warehouse work is a plus, but not required
