• Rotation begins on a Monday and ends on a Sunday
• Typical shift hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required during scheduled rotation:
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend PM call required on both weekends during the 14-day rotation
• Call coverage only during the provider's scheduled 14-day block

Note: The facility requires providers who can fully accommodate the 14-on/14-off schedule.

• Active Indiana Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• MD or DO

• Fellowship Training

• PMHNP Candidates

• Adult inpatient psychiatry
• 48-bed behavioral health unit
• 15-20 patients per day
• Admissions required
• Assigned rounding patients
• One psychiatrist onsite at a time
• Supported by:
  • 2 Inpatient NPs
  • PRN NP coverage as needed

• Call Type: Beeper Call
• Required Response Time: 30 Minutes
• Weekend PM call coverage during scheduled rotation
