Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Nashville, Tennessee

Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our academic behavioral health team at Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Medical Center in Nashville.

This is a full-time, outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry opportunity offering an exceptional work-life balance with no call responsibilities, Graduate Medical Faculty Education (GME) involvement, and active clerkship in medical student education.

Child Psychiatrist Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for child and adolescent patients
  • Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care in a collaborative clinical environment
  • Participate in Graduate Medical Education (GME) activities and physician training
  • Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Clerkship in psychiatry education and academic development
  • Collaborate with APPs, therapists, and multidisciplinary behavioral health teams
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
  • Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry required or eligible
  • Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Interest in academic psychiatry, teaching, and mentorship
  • Strong communication and collaborative care skills
