Property Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:

• Asset Documentation & CMMS Input: Walk the production floor to take photos of manufacturing assets (valves, pumps, sensors) and accurately input asset details and Bills of Materials (BOM) into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• PM Program Optimization: Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians to gather feedback, monitor equipment performance, and update preventive maintenance (PM) programs.
• Library & Compliance Management: Organize the physical and digital Maintenance Library (printed manuals, binders, reference documents) while ensuring all documentation complies with food safety and quality regulatory standards.

Candidates for a Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is required (experience within food manufacturing is highly preferred).
• Mechanical Inclination: A strong mechanical mindset with the ability to confidently recognize, identify, and document various equipment parts and components.
• Detail-Oriented & Active: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work onsite in an active production floor environment, which includes regular walking and data collection. (Note: Prior CMMS experience is NOT required!)

Pay Details: $20.29 per hour
