Property Maintenance & Field Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and motivated individual to support our real estate operations. This is a part-time onsite position with the potential to become full-time. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in the field, assisting with property showings, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with property showings and rental inquiries.

• Perform property inspections and report maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure repairs are completed on time.

• Support property preparation before showings, including cleanliness checks and basic staging.

• Perform audits of properties, construction materials, and inventory.

• Take photos and videos of properties for listings and social media

• Capture renovation progress and before-and-after transformations.

• Coordinate with the team Provide regular updates on property conditions, maintenance status, and availability.

• Assist with property-related errands and onsite coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, leasing, maintenance, construction, or customer service is a plus.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to identify maintenance and presentation issues.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Comfortable taking quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera (drone experience is a bonus).
