Property Caretaker

We are looking for a Full-time Property Caretaker / maintenance person for our apartment building in Saint Paul, MN.!

2 bedroom Caretaker unit available rent free ( not required)

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
• You must also have good attention to detail and pass a criminal background check.
