Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Structural Engineering. This role involves leveraging extensive engineering expertise to independently tackle technical challenges and make informed decisions. A successful candidate will adeptly interpret client requirements, address project-related issues, and maintain strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage multiple or large-scale projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee execution through collaboration with project teams.

  • Engage in construction administration and provide support throughout all project phases.

  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and networking efforts.

  • Prepare fee proposals and support project pursuit activities with guidance from senior leadership.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers, facilitating their professional growth.

  • Monitor and report on project financials, including budget management and coordination on receivables.

  • Conduct evaluations of existing conditions and compile detailed technical reports.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company expectations in all design and project activities.

  • Perform additional duties as required.


Required Qualifications



  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

  • Over 10 years of engineering experience.

  • Proven track record in managing projects and coordinating across engineering teams.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various office locations.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience managing projects of diverse sizes and complexities.

  • Knowledge of construction administration and project delivery processes.

  • Exposure to client interactions and business development initiatives.

  • Capability to mentor and support junior engineers and designers.
