Project Manager Remote

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, operations) to foster effective collaboration and clear communication. Resource & Timeline Management: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage resource allocation, and adjust schedules to mitigate risks. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risk assessments, and status reporting to management and clients. Process Improvement: Implement Agile/Scrum or waterfall methodologies to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Education: Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree, or equivalent practical project management experience. PMP or CSM certification is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience managing technical, digital, or operational projects. Tools: Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project). Skills: Strong leadership, risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
