About This Role The DC Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to support the PMO of the DCAS program. You will lead the project portfolio process, own scope, schedule, risk, and executive reporting, partner across business and technology teams, ensure CMS and FNS compliance, and drive highly complex projects from start to finish. Only DMV-local candidates will be considered.
