Mandatory Client Requirements

10+ years Civil Engineering / Project Management experience
Private Land Development experience REQUIRED
Active California PE License REQUIRED
Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion
Strong project financials, budgeting & resource scheduling
Strong client relationship & communication skills
Experience coordinating with municipalities, regulatory agencies & public stakeholders
Strong leadership and multi-disciplinary team coordination

Key Responsibilities

Lead private land development projects through the complete lifecycle.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate approvals and requirements with local municipalities/agencies.
Lead internal engineering/design teams and ensure project milestones are met.
Support business growth and strategic client development.
Progress toward Sacramento Office Manager / Regional Leadership responsibilities.

Preferred

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
Strong technical understanding of civil/site development design.
Previous leadership experience with multiple projects/teams.

Ideal Candidate: Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager with 10+ years of experience, active California PE, strong private land development background, municipal coordination experience, and proven client/project leadership.
