You'll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, change orders, and billing, serve as the client's main point of contact, and mentor junior team members. MUST HAVE: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in HVAC controls/BMS or related industry BS in a related field OR 4+ years in project coordination/management Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical building systems Managing subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders NICE TO HAVE: Background specifically in building automation/DDC controls projects Experience on federal or military facility projects Experience with Automated Logic BAS platform (WebCTRL, EIKON) Interested in hearing more?
