Role: Project Manager - AI Academy (AI Adoption & Awareness) Location: Plano, TX Duration: Long-term Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager AI Academy (AI Adoption & Awareness) with 10+ years of experience in program management, enterprise learning, or cross-functional initiatives to join the Enterprise AI / Digital Transformation Team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and change management. The successful candidate will lead AI adoption and awareness organization's AI enablement strategy. Essential Functions: Program & Initiative Management Lead end-to-end management of AI Academy initiatives focused on AI adoption, awareness, and learning. Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management processes. Coordinate activities across multiple teams, buisness units, and geographies. Monitor progress, track deliverables, and communicate program status to stakeholders. AI Adoption & Awareness Drive enterprise AI awareness programs that educate business and technical teams on AI capabilities, use cases, and value realization. Support rollout of AI learning journeys, workshops, seminars, and internal campaigns. Partner with AI, data science, and IT leaders to translate technical concepts into business-friendly messaging. Ensure communications align with the enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and governance standards. Stakeholder Communication & Enablement Serve as a liaison between business leaders, AI practitioners, technology teams, and external partners. Create executive presentations, dashboards, training content, and status reports Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership reviews. Support organizational readiness and change management initiatives related to AI adoption. Governance & Reporting Maintain program governance, reporting cadence, metrics, and documentation. Track risks, issues, dependencies, and adoption outcomes. Promote responsible AI practices and alignment with corporate policies, compliance requirements, and AI governance frameworks. Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvements. Requirements Minimum qualification: Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of experience in program management, enterprise learning, change management, or related initiatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience creating training or communication materials. Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and machine learning concepts. Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting enterprise learning, upskilling, or AI adoption programs. Experience creating technical or semi-technical training materials. Familiarity with program metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards such as Power BI. Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Hybrid work environment (4 days a week in office) Contract position (Duration: 1 year)
