Project Delivery Manager (LoanIQ)

Job Description: Project Details: This candidate will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. Candidates will be responsible for leading project teams and managing activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects. Duties: Facilitate project meetings Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions Liaison with leadership as needed Top Skills: 5 plus years of project or product delivery Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint Experience working in Agile environment Nice To Have: Operations experience LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important In this contingent resource assignment, candidates may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
