Project Controls Analyst III

Position Overview United Global Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Analyst III to support West Valley Cleanup Alliance on the West Valley Demonstration Project. The analyst will provide project controls support to ensure compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting. This includes resource estimating, variance analysis, accurate estimate-to-complete (ETC) forecasting, and reviewing and approving proposed purchase requisitions and the related vendor invoices. The analyst supports the development and execution of project and functional planning. This means maintaining and monitoring performance baselines within the company's approved processes for baselines, change control, performance analysis, estimate-at-completion (EAC) development, and accruals. The role may be standalone or combine Advanced Project Controls Analyst tasks, Project Controls and EVMS programmatic functions, and Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities.
