A global food manufacturing company is in need of a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to join their team in Charlotte NC area. Responsibilities - Production Supervisor Plan schedule and monitor daily production to make sure all the requirements are met through setting and achieving production rates. Improve organization for regular and timely delivery. Communicate with suppliers for raw materials. Monitor and control overtime schedule and costs. Perform all other duties assigned. Qualifications- Production Supervisor At least 3 years of experience in food industry and in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills Work responsibly, effectively, and independently Teamwork skills are a MUST! Flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
