Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate fabrication, assembly, installation, and manufacturing operations
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, engineering orders, and change notices
• Develop manufacturing plans and detailed operation sequences
• Identify tooling requirements and recommend tooling solutions
• Prepare shop work orders for material and product processing
• Coordinate with production schedulers to ensure adherence to manufacturing timelines
• Monitor production status and maintain schedules, progress reports, and related documentation
• Support tooling operations and manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements

Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, or a related field
• Experience working with aerospace specifications, engineering drawings, and blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to coordinate production activities and track manufacturing progress
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, CA

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting engineering teams or working in an engineering environment
• Prior experience with tooling, fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing operations planning
