Job Details

• Compensation: $15.00 (Day Shifts) or $16.00 per hour (Night Shifts)

• Job Site Location: Spanish Fork, UT

• Work Schedule: MondayThursday, 4:00 a.m.2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.1:00 a.m.

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate industrial mixing and blending equipment according to production instructions.

• Weigh, measure, stage, and combine ingredients for assigned production batches.

• Follow batch records, formulas, work orders, and established mixing procedures.

• Monitor ingredients and mixtures to support consistent product quality.

• Accurately complete production records and report any discrepancies.

• Follow good manufacturing practices, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

• Clean and sanitize mixing equipment, tools, containers, and production areas.

• Coordinate with production and quality team members to keep batches moving efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Ability to accurately follow written formulas, batch instructions, and production procedures.

• Basic math, measuring, and documentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Reliable attendance and availability for the full MondayThursday schedule.

• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred:

• Previous mixing, blending, batching, food production, or manufacturing experience.

• Experience operating industrial production or mixing equipment.

• Familiarity with good manufacturing practices, sanitation standards, or batch documentation.
