Production/ Kitting Associate

Fulfillment Strategies International is seeking a Production/ Kitting Associate to join our growing team.

• Responsible for assembling, manufacturing, or packaging products in a factory or production environment.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications and standards.
• Operate various types of machinery, such as assembly lines, conveyor belts, and other production equipment to manufacture products.
• Meet production targets and deadlines.
• Fast-paced, repetitive function.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to adhere to standard safety regulations and guidelines.
• May assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Must have general written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This position is in a warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
