Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGPS Jobs, Inc. is currently hiring Machine Operators / Production Helpers for immediate positions in Orangeburg, SC. Why you should apply:
- Competitive Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

- Pay increases to $18/hr after being hired with our client.
- Convenient Shift: Day or Night (must be available for either)
- Day Shift: 6:50 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work every other weekend)
- Operate production and extrusion machines to make plastics products
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Monitor machines to ensure smooth operation and consistent quality
- Make basic adjustments to keep production running efficiently
- Visually inspect products to meet quality standards
- Report machine issues, safety concerns, or defects
- Keep work area clean and follow all safety rules
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
