Production Control & Systems Specialist

Position: Production Control & Systems Specialist
Responsible for production planning, material coordination, and SAP/MES system management to ensure stable manufacturing operations across automotive production programs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity
Coordinate production planning activities across multiple vehicle programs and manufacturing lines
Manage material requirements planning (MRP) and BOM synchronization within SAP systems
Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and material consumption to ensure continuous production flow
Coordinate incoming material flow and supplier delivery schedules to prevent production disruptions
Track and analyze production performance metrics including OEE, UPH, cycle time, and production variance
Support SAP/MES system data accuracy and ensure consistency between system records and shop floor execution
Prepare production, inventory, and logistics reports including plan vs. actual analysis for management review
Support cross-functional coordination between production, quality, logistics, and supply chain teams
Participate in production system improvement and material flow optimization initiatives
Support production continuity during multi-site operations and facility transitions

Requirements
Bachelors degree in related field
Experience in production control, manufacturing, or supply chain
Understanding of production planning and inventory management
SAP or ERP system experience preferred
Strong Excel and communication skills
