Production Associate (M-F, 1st and 2nd Shift)

Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a Production Associate to support operations in our bindery department. This role is responsible for operating multiple pieces of bindery equipment and helping ensure jobs are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor multiple bindery machines and equipment
• Set up and adjust machines as needed for production runs
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Maintain production pace while following safety procedures
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to operate multiple machines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
