PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking a reliable and high-energy Production Associate for a premier corrugated manufacturing facility in Spartanburg.
This is a true entry-level opportunity-no prior production experience is needed! We will provide the training; you provide the great work ethic. You will be an essential part of the assembly process, helping to create, inspect, and prepare corrugated products for distribution.
Production Associate Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is the efficient assembly and preparation of corrugated products, ensuring all items meet quality standards before they head out the door.

• Hands-on Assembly: Perform various functions including folding, gluing foam, and stacking boxes according to daily production orders.
• Corrugated Manufacturing Support: Assist in various machine operations and manual processes specific to the creation of high-quality cardboard packaging.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with your team on the assembly line to ensure production targets are met accurately.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products as you build them to identify any defects or irregularities.
• Equipment Maintenance: Keep the factory equipment and your work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Safety Commitment: Strictly adhere to all factory safety guidelines and standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Production Associate Requirements include:

• Experience: Working in your current job for 1 or more years. We are looking consistent, long term employment history.
• Experience: No production experience required! We are looking for individuals with a "can-do" attitude who are ready to learn.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and move at a consistently fast pace.
• Lifting Capability: Ability to lift 10 lbs consistently and up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Reliability: You must have reliable transportation and a proven track record of excellent daily attendance.
• Accuracy: Ability to follow instructions and assemble products with high accuracy while maintaining speed.
