Production Associate - Coating & Prep

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Production Associate (Coating & Prep) paying $18 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much!

• Schedule: Monday- Saturday 10:00am-6:30pm
• (initial training will last 1 month hours will be 5:00am-1:30pm)

Job duties:

• Ability to read a blueprint.
• Responsible manually applying coating applications and maskant coating adhesives as indicated by job travelers and customer specifications.
• May perform tasks such as assembly, disassembly and prepping in accordance with job instructions.
• Ensure even coating is applied to parts
• Conduct re-work on parts failing inspection process
• Perform all work in accordance with company safety regulations and maintain the highest of quality standards in execution of all assigned work.
• Perform routine housekeeping of immediate work area to comply with quality and safety requirements.

Job requirements:

• Blueprint reading
• High school diploma, equivalency or similar work experience accepted
• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must be detailed oriented
