Production Associate 3

Staff On Site are currently recruiting Machine Operator Associates for an established company in Beloit, WI.
Job duties:
Employees are expected to operate the machine - meaning pushing the on/off button and packing the correct quantity in the box. (Will not be involved in any of the machine mechanics or hang coils.)
Assembling boxes Loading boxes Seal boxes and palletize. Requirements:
• Machining experience at any past employer
• Can keep up with the production the machine Is putting out.
• Can pack and palletize in a timely manner.
• Can lift to 75lbs.
• Must be willing to cross trains on multiple machines.
• Knowing how to read a tape measure and caliper is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player

Physical demands: Standing : Prolonged periods of standing on production floor (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Walking : Frequent walking around production and packaging areas. Lifting : Occasionally lift and move products or materials up to 75 lbs. Bending/Stooping : Regular bending to inspect lower-level machinery or products. Reaching : Frequent reaching over and around equipment or conveyors. Climbing : Occasionally climb steps or ladders to access equipment or inspection points. Repetitive Motions : Repetitive hand and arm movements when conducting tests or entering data
