Process Engineer

Electroswitch is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to improve assembly processes, develop tooling and fixtures, and lead process-improvement projects at our Weymouth facility. This is a hands-on engineering position that works closely with production to improve workflow, increase throughput, reduce labor and processing time, resolve production issues, and support the safe and cost-effective manufacture of our products. The successful candidate must have Lean Six Sigma experience and the ability to independently design, develop, and troubleshoot assembly tooling and fixtures. This position will also lead projects, develop procedures and standard operating procedures, and support continuous-improvement initiatives throughout the operation.
