Adecco Staffing is working with a precision manufacturing company in Jaffrey, NH to hire Precision CNC Machinists and Manufacturing Technicians. This is a full-time opportunity on 1st shift working a 4-day work week.

We are seeking candidates with CNC machining, setup, manufacturing, toolmaking, quality inspection, grinding, optics, aerospace, medical device, or precision manufacturing experience. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working to tight tolerances are encouraged to apply.

Position: Precision CNC Machinist / Manufacturing Technician

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Duties:
• Set up and operate precision CNC machining and manufacturing equipment
• Produce highly detailed components with extremely tight tolerances
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
• Monitor machine performance and make process adjustments as needed
• Modify programs and machine offsets when required
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Participate in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous CNC machining, setup, grinding, manufacturing, toolmaking, or precision assembly experience preferred
• Experience working with tight tolerances and quality standards
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges, or similar inspection tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Medical Device Manufacturing
• Optical Manufacturing
• Quality Inspection
• Programming Experience
• Mastercam or CAD/CAM Software

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform detailed inspection and measurement work
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
