We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As a mobile service technician, you'll travel to customers' homes to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential pools and spas. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with customers while helping them keep their backyard oasis in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance and service calls.
  
  
• Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, automation systems, and other equipment.
  
  
• Test and balance pool and spa water chemistry.
  
  
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
  
  
• Educate customers on proper pool and spa care.
  
  
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers.
  
  
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in pool and spa service preferred (training available for the right candidate).
  
  
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
  
  
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  
  
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
