PMHNP for outpatient clinic in NE GA

We are representing a growing, community-focused behavioral health organization in Northeast Georgia seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their team.

This is a new position driven by growth, offering a flexible structure and long-term opportunity within a highly collaborative environment.

Position Overview:

• Setting: Outpatient clinic, school-based services, and telehealth
• Schedule: Start part-time with a path to full-time
• Patient Population: Lifespan (ages 3 adult)
• Scope: Primarily medication management
• Call: None

Clinical Focus:

• Treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, ASD, and behavioral health conditions
• Lower-acuity environment (minimal severe psychosis or complex addiction cases)
• Ability to work with patients on medications including stimulants and benzodiazepines

Practice Environment:

• Strong team-based, non-hierarchical culture

Compensation & Structure:

• Competitive earning potential ( $100K $200K+ based on productivity)

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed PMHNP (or eligible in Georgia)
