Plastic Pipe Extrusion Lead

• Run the extrusion floor for your shift.
• Direct 3-8 operators, manage the run schedule to hit output and scrap targets, lead difficult setups and changeovers, and troubleshoot process problems before they cost us product.
• Approve first articles, enforce quality and safety procedures, train new operators, and hand off cleanly between shifts.
• Perform other duties as needed

• 4+ years in plastic extrusion with 1-2 years leading others;
• PVC pipe experience strongly preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the .
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $50.00 Per Hour
