We are looking for a skilled Plastic Fabricator to join our in-house manufacturing team in San Jose. In this role you will work hands-on with high-performance thermoplastic materials to build custom components and assemblies for our wet bench systems and semiconductor process equipment. Why join us? What We Offer: Competitive base pay and overall compensation package Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays Life Insurance coverage Job Details What You Will Do: Cut, bend, weld, and fabricate components from PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon using a variety of hand and power tools Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate parts to specification Work directly with design engineers to ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements Operate equipment including routers, table saws, drills, and hand tools safely and accurately Support the assembly of custom wet bench systems and semiconductor processing equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in occasional domestic travel for field support or installation as needed What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of hands-on plastic fabrication, welding, or related manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with precision hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment Bonus Points: Experience with PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, or Teflon fabrication specifically Cabinet making, carpentry, or millwork background Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-purity manufacturing environments Interested in hearing more?
