A well-established and growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at its facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. What You'll Do

• Lead all plant operations including fabrication, welding, and assembly
• Oversee customer-driven design and development in collaboration with the internal engineering team
• Ensure smooth transition from design to production while meeting customer expectations
• Drive production performance, quality, and operational efficiency
• Maintain and enhance ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams
• Lead ERP system implementation and optimization
• Identify and execute process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience at the Plant Manager level in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience in ISO 9001-certified operations
• Strong background in fabrication, welding, and assembly
• Proven leadership managing full plant operations
• Experience implementing and improving ERP systems
• Experience working closely with engineering on product design and development
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
