Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury trial work
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation deadlines
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials
• Proficient in case management software, including Filevine or similar platforms
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills with both clients and attorneys

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses
• Manage case files, court deadlines, and compliance with court orders
• Coordinate depositions, expert scheduling, and court filings
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and trial materials
• Support trial efforts, including courtroom preparation and case organization
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy
• Review and organize medical records, treatment updates, and case documentation
• Participate in case reviews and provide litigation support throughout the life of the case
• Assist with settlement closings, lien reductions, and post-settlement tasks
• Maintain accurate case management and data entry within Filevine
