Full-Time Manufacturing / Industrial Environment Growth Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and motivated Industrial Welders (Levels 2-3) to support fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for welders who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and continuous skill development.

What You'll Do

• Perform welding on steel and related materials according to specifications
• Use welding processes such as MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick (level dependent)
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Prepare materials by grinding, fitting, and positioning components
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards
• Work closely with leads, inspectors, and production teams

Welder Levels (General Guidance)

• Welder 2: Independent welder, consistent quality, minimal supervision
• Welder 3: Advanced welder, complex welds, may assist with training or setup

(Level assignment based on experience, testing, and demonstrated skill.)

What We're Looking For

• Previous welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Ability to pass a weld test (process depends on level)
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and equipment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable working in a noisy, industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude

Work Environment

• Industrial fabrication / manufacturing facility
• Exposure to heat, sparks, noise, fumes, and heavy materials
• PPE required at all times (welding hood, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.)
