Position: Pillow Production Associate

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week - MUST!)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour Location: Osceola, WI

Job Summary:

As a Pillow Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, directly involved in the creation of our therapeutic pillows. Your responsibilities will include hand-stuffing pillows, operating various assembly machines, and ensuring the quality of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually stuffing pillows with filling materials.
• Operating various machines to assemble different components of the pillows.
• Performing quality checks on your own work to ensure products meet our standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and twisting.
• Manufacturing experience
• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the entire shift.
• Must possess good fine motor coordination for detailed work.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
