- Job Type: Locum Tenens
- Location: East Chicago & Hobart, Indiana
- Service Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
- Duration: 3to 6 months
- Target Start Date: Within the next 4 to 6 weeks
- Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule
- Call Schedule: Shared call rotation
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Patient Volume: Flexible clinic schedule
- Patient Demographics: Adults (primarily)
- Admissions: Included as needed for inpatient coverage
- Rounding: Included
- Phone Consults: As required
- Health System: Powers Health Medical Group (PHMG)
- EMR System: Epic (Inpatient & Outpatient) with AI functionality
- Practice Setting: Established employed physician group
- Reason for Recruitment: Practice growth and expansion
- Established practice located 30 to 45 minutes from downtown Chicago.

- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Licensure: Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
- Schedule: Full Time
- EMR Experience: Epic experience preferred
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urologic conditions.
- Perform procedures within the scope of urology practice.
- Participate in a 1:4 call rotation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide high quality patient care.
