Coverage Needed: August 14 at 7a - August 21 at 7a Sept 11 at 7a- Sept 18 at 7a Nov 13 at 7a - Nov 20 at 7a Dec 11 at 7a - Dec 18 at 7a 24 Hour ED Call Coverage 7am-7pm In-house call 7pm-7am Call 8-12 hours onsite - 12 hours of non-restrictive call daily Clinical Information: Support - Facility ED and OR Staffing Daily Patient Volume - 15 patients EMR: Epic Required: Board Certified Active GA License DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
