Coverage Needed: August 1 - Ongoing Monday- Friday, 8am - 8pm Saturday 8am - 7pm Sunday 8am - 7pm Clinical Information: EMR: Practice Velocity Daily patient volume is 30-60. Clinics are very busy There are 23 Locations in the Nashville Market: Antioch at Century Farms, Brentwood, Brentwood at Health Park, Donelson, Downtown North Gulch, East Nashville, Franklin, Gallatin, Green Hills, Hendersonville, Hermitage, Lebanon, Madison, Mt. Juliet,Murfreesboro, Murfreesboro Medical Center Park, Nolensville, Pleasant View, Smyrna, Springfield & West End The expectation would be that the providers be willing to float to any of the clinics in the Nashville market. Required: Active TN license Local providers only, no travel expenses will be reimbursed, including mileage Physicians need to have 3-6 years of FP, ER or Urgent Care experience and must be comfortable with children under 3 months old DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
