Quick Facts Location: Childress, TX Start Date: 09/28/2026 End Date / Duration: 01/04/2027 Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS Experience: Previous medical-surgical RN experience with charge capabilities preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $51.59/hour Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and housing reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program and dedicated support team What You ll Do Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population including ortho, geriatric, general med-surgical, swing bed rehab, and occasional pediatric patients Support patient assessments, care planning, and interventions in a fast-paced hospital environment Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Demonstrate leadership by taking charge responsibilities when needed Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EMR system Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards What You Need Valid RN license in Texas or your state of residence Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum of 1-2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience Ability to handle a patient load of 5 patients per nurse with confidence Strong communication skills and professional attitude About the Assignment Join a reputable facility in Childress, TX, renowned for its excellent patient care and dedicated staff.
