What You ll Do
Provide total patient care for ER and Med Surg patients in a critical access environment
Perform clinical procedures including IV insertions, EKGs, medication administration, glucose checks, and ADL assistance
Collaborate with a small team to manage patient flow with a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio
Document patient care using CPSI charting system
Adapt to a flexible rotation schedule, including weekends, to meet the unit s needs
Support patient stabilization and coordinate care transfers as needed
What You Need
Valid Texas RN license or multi-state license
Minimum 2 years of ER or Med Surg nursing experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
Strong clinical skills including IV therapy, EKG interpretation, and patient assessments
Ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling
Camper/5th wheel housing preferred due to limited area accommodations
