What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient orthopaedic hand surgery coverage during call shifts
• Respond to emergency cases requiring specialized hand surgical intervention
• Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure patient care continuity
• Participate in on-call assessments, consultations, and post-procedure follow-up as needed
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and medical standards
• Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Washington
• DEA certification
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery; fellowship in Hand Surgery required
• Prior inpatient/urgent care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
