What You'll Do:
Provide inpatient orthopaedic hand surgery coverage during call shifts
Respond to emergency cases requiring specialized hand surgical intervention
Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure patient care continuity
Participate in on-call assessments, consultations, and post-procedure follow-up as needed
Maintain compliance with facility policies and medical standards
Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately
What You Need:
Active medical license in Washington
DEA certification
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery; fellowship in Hand Surgery required
Prior inpatient/urgent care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
