Job Description

Coverage Needed:
- ASAP- Ongoing
- 6 days per month (Friday- Sunday 24 hour shifts)
- Two weekends per month (Friday- Monday 72 hours 7a-7a) 24 Hour Call coverage from hotel
Clinical Information:
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Daily Patient Volume: 5
- Support Staff: Nursing Staff. APP not needed
- EMR: eClinical Works(eCW)
Required:
- Stroke Interventions
- Active VA license
- Board Certified
- DEA/CSR: Yes
- Must have 200 case logs in the last 24 months
- BCLS, ACLS
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  - Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
