Neuro Hospitalist LOCUM Needed in New Hampshire Neurosurgery Hospitalist Physician Locum Tenen opportunity in New Hampshire for 13-weeks with possible extension. Well establish, top of the line hospital needs an experience Neurosurgery Hospitalist to assist with days shifts and be a part of call team. Providing for and managing the direct health care for inpatient neurology patients.The facility is around an hour from Boston with access to snow skiing, hunting grounds, ice fishing and much more or just enjoy the slower pace of lifeLength of Assignment:End of December End of March, possible extensionSchedule:Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm40 hours/weekCall one night per week and one weekend per monthDuties and Responsibilities:Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment for inpatient neurology.Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions.Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team in order to provide quality patient care.Requirements:New Hampshire LicensedBC/CE Eligible in Specified Area3 5 Years of directly related experience, may include residencySubmit your CV for immediate consideration as this role will not be around for long.
