What You'll Do:

• Manage emergency surgical cases as needed, responding to urgent patient needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and examinations for patients requiring surgical intervention.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for emergency surgical cases.
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the Meditech electronic health record system.

Who You Are:

• Board-certified in General Surgery.
• Current and active license to practice medicine in Wisconsin (WI).
• Strong clinical skills and experience in managing emergency surgical cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems (Meditech).
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications are required.
