• BC/BE General Surgeon
• Call Schedule rotated through a local group, Trauma everyone is paged
• 10-12 pt's per day clinic, 13 Surgeries per week with room to grow
• Bread and Butter procedures plus C-Sections, Endoscopy, ear tubes, and tonsils
• Large regional referral base
• They have IM, Peds, Podiatry, Optometry FP, FPOB, Radiologist on staff
• Competitive compensation including an initial guarantee period, during the ramp up, to build into wRVU model
