Location: Kansas City, MODuration: August 22 on-goingReason for coverage: Schedule: 10-12 days of monthly EGS callShift: 7a-7pCall: 7p-7aPatient volume:Scope: Trauma call coverageEMR:Hospital: Level I Trauma Center (ACS & State Verified) 590-bed Acute Care Facility Hybrid OR (16 surgical suites, includes 1 designated for trauma) 32 bed open ICU (16 surg + 16 medical) ED Volume: 50k per year Trauma registry avg 2300/ yr (20% penetrating) HCA hospital network of 5 hospitals funnels into Research MCGroup/support: Daily APP supportRequirements (boards, license): Board Eligible / Certified General Surgery with TraumaSurgical Critical Care Fellowship RequiredLicense: Missouri license Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities ?
