Established team of (1) General Surgeon, (1) General Surgeon Partner, (1) PA, (3) RN's, (1) MA and (2) Front Desk Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 8a-5p Call Schedule: every other weekend, rotating weekdays and Holidays Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $385,000 - $580,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.
